Orders
Slight variations in dimension, paint finish, and texture are characteristic of all handcrafted products. If matching pieces are required, please specify and order all pieces at the same time. Orders are confirmed in writing by email along with an estimated delivery date.
Terms
A written purchase order and 50% deposit are required to initiate all orders. The balance is due upon receipt of final invoice.
Prices/Quotes
Written price quotes are in effect for thirty days. We do not give quotes over the phone. Prices are subject to change without notice. Price requests for non-standard design, dimensions, and finishes must be received in writing. Additional charges apply for delivery, crating, and shipping.
Production Time
Most orders ship within 10-12 weeks. Shipping outside of the Washington, DC metro area takes an additional 1-5 weeks, depending on your location. You will receive an estimated (not guaranteed) delivery date with your order confirmation. We make every effort to ship on or before the estimated ship date, but shipping dates may shift according to production demand.
Returns/Cancellations
We are not responsible for order errors if not contacted within one week of the order confirmation date, so please review your order. Contact us within one week of order confirmation with any order errors or cancellation requests. We are not responsible for order errors if contacted outside of this window, so please review your order confirmation carefully.
Shipping/Delivery
We have been working with the same shipping companies for many years and we know the owners and drivers personally. We ship via truck freight, blanket wrapped for inside delivery or crated to a commercial receiver. When your order is nearing completion, we will send a final invoice and contact you to arrange for delivery. If your client is not able to receive the order, a third-party receiver must be specified. Due to our limited studio space, we are unable to provide storage.
Damage Liability
All items are inspected and signed for by the carrier prior to shipping. Damage incurred in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. The customer must note any damages on the bill of lading at the time of delivery and submit a claim to the carrier within five days.
