Where can I see your work in person?
Please visit one of our beautiful showrooms.
Will my table look exactly like the one I saw in the showroom?
Handcrafted furniture is by definition one of a kind. Slight variations in the finish may result from the temperature and humidity at the time of finishing and the individual style of the artist. We have high standards for all of our finishes and carefully inspect each piece before it leaves our studio.
How can I get a better look at your paint finishes?
Since color quality varies on all computer monitors, we strongly recommend selecting your finish from actual samples. You can see all of our finishes at one of our showrooms. If there isn’t a showroom in your area, you may order 2-3 finish samples direct from us free of charge. If you need to see more than 3 finishes, there is a charge. Please email us a list of the finishes you would like to receive and the mailing address, and we will reply with pricing.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes, we love them! Learn more.
I really like a table I saw in a magazine. Can you make it for me?
Sorry. As a rule and out of respect for other designers, we never copy other artists’ designs.
How do I order a piece with an architectural element?
This is considered a custom request. Check out our collection of architectural elements and learn more about placing a custom order.
How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders take 10-12 weeks from receipt of purchase order and a 50% deposit. Shipping outside of the Washington, DC metro area takes an additional 1-5 weeks, depending on your location. You will receive an estimated (not guaranteed) delivery date with your order confirmation.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes. Please contact us for details.
Will you ship directly to my client?
Yes, we work with local and long-distance shipping companies that will deliver directly to your client. Inside delivery of tables includes installation of the glass or stone top.
What happens if my order is damaged in shipping?
The shipping company is liable for any damage caused in transit and is required to pay for all repairs. It is the recipient’s responsibility to carefully inspect the order upon arrival and promptly note any damage to the driver. Review our Terms & Conditions.
