TERMS
A written purchase order and 50% deposit are required to initiate all orders. Balance is due upon receipt of final invoice, which is sent as soon as the table is ready for delivery. If your client is not ready to receive their Salvations order, a third-party receiver must be specified. Due to our limited studio space we are unable to provide storage space once production is complete.
Orders under $250 require payment in full at time of order.
PRICES/QUOTES
Prices are subject to change without notice. Price requests for non-standard design, dimensions and finishes must be received in written detail. Written price quotes are in effect for thirty days. We do not give quotes over the phone. There are additional charges for delivery, crating and shipping. Read more on placing a custom order.
ORDERS
Order confirmations are done in writing and sent by fax or email. Please review every detail of your order confirmation. Salvations will not be responsible for any errors if not contacted within one week of the order confirmation date. Salvations furniture is hand crafted and finished. Slight variations in dimensions, paint finish colors and textures are characteristic of all handcrafted products. If matching pieces are required, please specify and order all pieces at the same time. Please contact a showroom in your area with your request for a custom order. All custom orders are final sales.
PAINT FINISHES
Variations on standard paint finish colors and additional finishes are available. Most colors are available in matte, satin or high gloss. There is no additional charge for painted gold highlights over a finish. An up-charge may be added for two finishes on one piece. Requests to alter paint finishes will be considered a custom finish order and up to three samples will be sent for approval ($100 charge).
PRODUCTION TIME
Estimated production time is calculated upon receipt of a written purchase order and 50% deposit. Most orders are ready to ship within 10-12 weeks. Shipping dates may shift according to production demand. The ship date printed on the order confirmation is estimated and not guaranteed. We will make every effort to ship your order on or before the estimated ship date.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY
We ship via truck freight, blanket wrapped or crated, per customer specification. Unless otherwise instructed, items will be shipped freight collect, FOB Maryland. All items are inspected and signed for by the carrier prior to shipping. Any items delivered damaged are the responsibility of the carrier. The customer must note any damages on the bill of lading at the time of delivery and submit a claim to the carrier within five days. Damage in transit or storage is the sole responsibility of the carrier. Salvations will assist the customer with claims, but will accept no responsibility for damage.
