TABLES

Table tops and bases are priced separately. See Table Tops.
Most table designs can be adapted to another style (e.g., a coffee table design can be adapted as a dining table).
Designs can usually be modified to accommodate a particular need or use (e.g., the perimeter stretcher on a console table can be changed so that a bench will fit under the table).

FIRESCREENS

All firescreens are fabricated as a single panel to fit the dimensions of your fireplace opening. Standard size is 1-2" wider on each side and 1-2" taller than the opening.
Screens weigh 30 lbs. and more.
Screens over 40" wide for wood-burning fireplaces may require casters for ease of movement.
For safety reasons, casters are not recommended for use on a raised hearth.

DRAPERY HARDWARE

Hand-painted iron drapery hardware is not recommended for operational drapery treatments.

Rods

Rod measurements should exclude the length of the finial.
Rods over 72-80" wide will be split and require a center rod connector and center bracket.
Shaped or bent rods require a template of the window or angles with the exact rod length (with projection allowance) specified on both the PO and template. Templates should be drawn to show the center of the rod.
Our hinged rods are a simple solution for angled bay windows.

Finials

Finials that fit over the rod have set screws; most fit into the rod with a 3"+ insert.
Finials are shown on the best size rod but most can be customized to fit other sizes. There may be an up-charge for custom sizing.

Brackets

Brackets do not come with installation screws. Your installer should specify and choose the best hardware for your installation.
Space brackets approximately 60" apart for light fabric and 36-48" apart for heavy fabric.

Rings

Ring measurements are the inside dimension.
Our standard ring sizes are 1”, 1¼” and 1½”. Other sizes are available on special order.

CUSTOM DESIGNS

Most of our styles can be adapted to any other shape and size.
Our design is not limited to the product categories you see on this website. We can make just about anything in iron, including headboards, benches, mirrors, etageres, bathroom vanity bases and shelves.

PAINT FINISHES

We offer 31 original paint finishes in three different collections, referred to simply as sets #1, #2 and #3.
You may request 2-3 finish samples when planning an order. These hand-painted samples are on 2x3 Formica chips.
Paint finish cards can be purchased through your showroom. Finish cards are hand-painted textured metal leaves. Finishes on a textured surface will look slightly different than when applied to a smooth surface, such as on our table frames.
Most finishes are available in matte, satin or high gloss.
An up-charge may be added for application of two or more finishes on one piece.
Requests to alter a standard finish are considered a custom finish. Up to three samples will be sent for approval.
An up-charge applies for gold and silver leaf finishes. Contact your showroom for pricing.

TABLE TOPS

We offer table tops in glass, limestone, etched and oxidized mirror and metal-finished ceramic tile.
Standard glass is ½" with an eased edge.
Standard limestone is 2 cm (approx ¾" H) and is creamy white in color.
Limestone comes in a polished (shiny) or honed (matte) finish. Please specify when ordering.
All limestone has been sealed with a protective finish but it is a porous material. Promptly cleaning spills and using coasters is recommended. Limestone should be dusted or cleaned with a sponge and water.
Glass and limestone tops are custom cut for each table to assure the best fit possible.
Metallica tops only come in certain sizes. Corten comes 48 x 24 x 3/8" and Metallica Copper and Metallica Steel come 18 x 18 x 18”.
Corten and Metallica ceramic table tops are manufactured to be used as flooring so they are virtually impervious to stains.
