Where can I see your work in person?
Our work can be seen at one of our showrooms or retail partner locations.
How do I request a custom quote?
How do I order a table that incorporates an antique element?
Contact your local showroom and let them know what kind of table or other piece (e.g., headboard, bench, mirror, dining table, console) you want to order. Select an architectural element from the photos available here or send a photo and dimensions of an architectural element that you will provide. We will provide a drawing and price quote. If there is not a showroom near you, please contact us by phone, fax or email. Lead time is approximately 12 weeks.
Will my table look exactly like the one I saw in the showroom?
Yes, with one qualifier. Our finishes are hand painted by artists in our studio and there are many steps to the application of each finish. Slight variations in the finish may result from the temperature and humidity at the time of finishing and the individual style of the artist. We have high standards for all of our finishes and each piece is carefully inspected two or three times before it is declared ready to ship.
I really like a table I saw in a magazine. Can you make it for me?
Sorry. As a rule, and out of respect for other designers, we never copy other manufacturers’ designs.
How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders take 10-12 weeks from receipt of purchase order and a 50% deposit. Shipping outside of the Washington, DC metro area takes an additional one to five weeks, depending on your location. We ship blanket wrapped for inside delivery. You will receive an estimated (not guaranteed) delivery date with your order confirmation. When your order is nearing completion, we will send a final invoice and contact you to arrange for delivery.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes. Please contact us for details.
Will you ship directly to my client?
Yes, we have local and long-distance shipping companies who will deliver directly to your client. Inside delivery of tables includes installation of the glass or stone top.
What happens if my order is damaged in shipping?
When the shipping company picks up from Salvations, the driver inspects the piece in our studio and signs a statement agreeing that the table is being picked up in perfect condition. At this point, the shipping company becomes liable for any damage caused in transit and is required to pay for all repairs. It is your responsibility (the recipient) to carefully inspect your order upon arrival and promptly note any damage to the driver. Please read our Terms and Conditions.
How do I care for my table?
Our finishes are extremely durable yet they must still be treated with care, just as you would any fine piece of furniture. Here are a few friendly tips:
